1- Q: What does room rate include and exclude?
A: Room rate are inclusive of service charge,aircondition and value added TAX. Exclusive of any meal and drinks at bar & restaırant, game area items.

2- Q: Will I be able to get the room that I want on the day that I want and the price?
A: All reservations are subject to availability at time of booking period .

3- Q: What time is the check IN-OUT, Early or late check-in and Late check-out?
A: Check-In time is at 2PM.Check-Out time is at 12PM. Early check-in maybe charge subject on arrival time. However there's no guarantee if available, due to the limited storage capacity. In the circumstances where guest should need to check in early please contact us directly by 0090 252 455 25 29 Late check-in, in the circumstances where guest should require a late check in upon arrival date, please contact reception directly.
PLEASE NOTE the room reserved will only be hold for 1 day. Late check-out chargeable. In the circumstances whereguest should need to check-out later than duration time.Charges will be apply after 12PM at the rate of 20 pound. Please contact the receptionist in the morning on the departure date.

4- Q: Do you have Airport transfer?
A: Airport transfer is available at the rate of 50 pound / one-way with maximum passengers of 6
Mini Van for passengers from 4 - 10 people is available at the rate of 80 Baht / one-way. 
PLEASE NOTE Guests are required to provide your name and flight details.

Guests are require to book for a transportation in advance before the arriving date.

5- Q: Do you charge for extra person and how much?
A: In the circumstance where guest should bring anyone whom at the arrival date did not registered as the hotel's guest will be charge at the rate of 15 pound per person per day.

6- Q: How do I book and pay online?
A: In order to make a reservation for your booking, guest MUST provide us with 50% deposit of your total room charge as confirmation of your booking.
PLEASE NOTE We accepts bank transfer only.
Reservation will NOT be made with out a bank tranfer details.

7- Q: What if I want to cancel my reservation?
A: In the circumstances where guest is to cancel their reservation, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. In the circumstances where quest is to cancel or did not show up but have already paid the total 100% room charge, that 100% room charge is non-refundable.

8- Q: What if I want to check out early but have already paid for everything?
A: In the circumstances where guestrequest to check out before the actual departure date, room charge is non-refundable.

9- Q: Is there Internet?
A: FREE Wi-Fi is provided at the bar and game area of the hotel.

10- Q: Is there an elevator in the hotel?
A: There is no elevator for use.

A: For tourist assistance and cost please contact the reception upon your arrival day, for us to assist you with the best plan for your trip in Icmeler
13- Q: Is there a hospital near the hotel?
A: The local Marmaris hospital is only 10-15 minutes by taxi from the hotel.

14- Q: What to do at night?
A: There's a famous walking street only 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

15- Q: Is there restaurant near by?
A: There are a number of restaurants along the way as you walk towards the hotel such as; McDonald, Burger King as well as local restaurants.

16- Q: How close is the hotel from nearby shopping area?
A: The biggest closest shopping area is on the mainroad in centre only 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

17- Q: Do you have laundry service?
A: Self Service Laundry is provided with a charge at the rate of 20 lira per machine

18- Q: Does the hotel offer smoking/non-smoking floor?
A: Guest is allow smoking at the bar & restaurant area and at the balcony of each room only but NOT in the room.

19- Q: Is there a parking lot?
A: Guests are allow parking in front of the hotel, however guest will have to leave the key with the receptionist in order to move the car.
